At our Marblehead MA project, we’re transforming a compact attached house in the historic town into a light-filled modern home with gorgeous harbor views.
I am thrilled to announce that UX Architecture Studio and its partners—KP Design Studio and @epsteinjoslinarchitects —have been shortlisted for the Fred Rouse Center for Arts and Community Healing. Deeply moved by @transform1012 ‘s mission of restorative justice, our alliance of small practices is united in our conviction that Architecture is a political act. Reclaiming this former Ku Klux Klan auditorium and cultivating its new identity as a place of resilience and liberation will be an instigator for change that will extend far beyond the #FortWorth community.
Alongside my inspiring team, I am headed back home to #Texas for the Design Week residency to listen, learn, and explore a new vision for 1012 N Main Street as a place of activism, empowerment, renewal, and reimagination. We can’t wait to take a deep dive into the project and meet the community it will serve.

Our Cambridge #Biotech project is a finalist for the 2023 Awards for Design Excellence by @azuremagazine ! And oh wow, are we in good company: after the jury received more than 1K international submissions, UX is 1 of only 3 finalists in #ExperientialGraphics + only 83 finalists across all categories.
