The UTA Foundation’s Live Inspired program empowers employees across our agency to fulfill a charitable dream by supporting an organization of their choice and enriching the lives of others through volunteerism.  Whether in their hometown or across the world, this sabbatical gives employees the chance to Live a Dream and Give a Dream: building connections, uplifting communities near and far, and creating lasting change.

UTA offices came together for Project Impact 2025! Thanks to our colleagues in Los Angeles, New York, London, Arizona, Illinois, and the 100+ team members who joined virtually, our company-wide volunteer day was a true success. From gardening to food sorting, dog walking to art projects with youth, UTA employees made a meaningful impact in their local communities.🌎

Harrison Ford, Vice Chair of @conservationorg , joined former Vice President Al Gore, founder of @climatereality , and Emmy Award-winning host and New York Times bestselling author Emmanuel Acho for a compelling conversation on climate and environment— and how the entertainment industry can help drive meaningful impact. Climate Reality Project mobilizes global advocates for climate solutions, while Conservation International partners with communities to protect the environment— work Harrison Ford has supported for over three decades.

As part of Netflix Is a Joke, Seth Rogen hosted the kind of lineup at LA’s Greek Theatre that made a lot of people wonder how many group texts it took to pull it off. “Seth Goes Greek” was a standout evening of comedy, music, and purpose, featuring performances by clients Eric André, Nikki Glaser, Nick Kroll*, Busta Rhymes, Sarah Silverman, and Justin Willman, alongside Josh Gad, Jon Stewart, and Michael Bublé. Hilarity for Charity (HFC), the national nonprofit founded by Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller Rogen, brought the event together with support from UTA Foundation, raising more than $750,000 to support families impacted by Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Seth Rogen once again proved the power of blending entertainment with impact, turning a night of comedy into meaningful support for families and caregivers nationwide. * Denotes shared representation 📷: Dan Arnold

At GoodCon New York, supported by the UTA Foundation and hosted by Good is the New Cool, UTA client @bellamyyoung moderated “Story as Resistance: On the Front Lines of Democracy.” The panel, introduced by UTA’s Director of Social Impact Ally Diamond, offered a preview of the next season of Elevate Studios’ Nevertheless: Democracy Defenders—a docuseries following four leaders working to defend civil liberties around the world. The day gathered changemakers, storytellers, and impact leaders for conversations on the power of purpose-driven storytelling—including @elevateprize winners advancing mental health solutions through art and community, and a look at allyship in independent film and production.

We kicked off Mental Health Awareness Month yesterday by hosting the fourth annual Hollywood & Mind Summit, helping reshape how the entertainment industry approaches conversations around wellbeing. As a founding partner of the summit, UTA Foundation and our Chief of Social Impact Rene Jones joined Hollywood & Mind Founder and CEO Cathy Applefeld Olson to bring together creatives, educators, executives, and advocates focused on improving mental health support within the industry while also using storytelling to shape public perception at scale. UTA clients Anna Konkle, Joshua Bassett, and Kyla Scanlon joined panels and spoke on their own mental health experiences, the impact of storytelling, using art to process emotions, financial wellbeing, and how to boost human connection. 📷: Chelsea Lauren (@chelsealaurenla )

Allow us to reintroduce ourselves. We’re the UTA Foundation. Fifteen years ago, we closed every office in the company for a single day so that every employee, from the mailroom to the boardroom, could spend it somewhere else. In a community center. A food bank. A classroom. A park. We called it Project Impact. Here’s how it all started.
