The USFK Chief Provost Marshal recognized the Pyeongtaek Chief of Police and several Korean law enforcement officers during a ceremony at U.S. Army Garrison Camp Humphreys on Jan. 23, 2026, honoring their outstanding cooperation and professionalism.
From December 2024 through August 2025, the Far East Field Office (CID) and Pyeongtaek-area law enforcement agencies worked side by side on a complex joint investigation that identified and dismantled a drug distribution network involving active-duty U.S. Soldiers and third-country nationals. The operation relied on close coordination, undercover efforts and confidential sources to bring those responsible to justice.
Together, these partnerships reinforce our shared commitment to law, order and the safety of our combined communities. #ROKUSAlliance #TeamUSFK
