Guess what? I have a nickname, and I really like it, and I'm making the move to go by it full-time. Some people reading this already call me Lucy, and that's real cool. But now everyone can!

1 human - 37 y/o gal, works remotely or from home and on projects, travels a bunch for extended periods, is pretty good at making spaces feel nice, cooking for more than 1 person, organizing things, having adventures, hosting theme parties, and picking out movie night features. Likes to keep a house tidy and reasonably clean, but lived in.
1 cat - 7 y/o neutered boi, prefers indoor/outdoor but can make indoor only work, has lived with other animals and doesn't love it but can hang. Loves humans and invites tummy kisses.
Can afford: somewhere around $1,200 ish monthly. Has excellent credit.
We prefer somewhere a little on the quiet, pretty side with space to stretch, a plant or ten, and friends.
