1 human - 37 y/o gal, works remotely or from home and on projects, travels a bunch for extended periods, is pretty good at making spaces feel nice, cooking for more than 1 person, organizing things, having adventures, hosting theme parties, and picking out movie night features. Likes to keep a house tidy and reasonably clean, but lived in.
1 cat - 7 y/o neutered boi, prefers indoor/outdoor but can make indoor only work, has lived with other animals and doesn't always love it but can hang. Politely loves humans and invites tummy kisses.
Can afford: somewhere around $1,200 ish monthly. Has excellent credit.
We prefer a location a little on the quiet, pretty side with space to stretch, a plant or ten, and friends.

Hey, friends! The dog festival/ walk/ benefit for the Chico Animal Shelter I'm organizing for @chicowalkwoofwag needs volunteers! Looking for something fun, productive, and engaging to do? The event is Oct. 30th, outdoors, and we ask that participants wear masks. We need folks on the day of and leading up to it. We are *especially* in search of folks willing to drive a u-haul, load and unload, and set up equipment, but there's lots of other spots open too.
