Uprite Construction, in partnership with @hines , is proud to share the progress on the Edenvale Industrial Park project in San Jose, California!
This development spans two sites across 45+ acres, featuring three cutting-edge industrial buildings designed to meet the needs of modern industrial and advanced manufacturing tenants:
🏗️ 550 Piercy
Two concrete tilt-up buildings:
231,649 SF with a 36' clear height, 46 dock doors, and ESFR fire suppression system.
172,872 SF with a 36' clear height, 38 dock doors, and ESFR fire suppression system.
🏗️ 650 Piercy
A 210,024 SF concrete tilt-up building with a 36' clear height, 34 dock positions, and an ESFR fire suppression system.
With tilt-up panels flying and roof structures being delivered, this project is quickly taking shape. The Edenvale Industrial Park is set to provide state-of-the-art solutions for advanced manufacturing and operational excellence.

🏢 This 27,000 sq. ft. Tenant Improvement in the prestigious Haden Ferry Lakeside complex in Tempe was truly exceptional. From high-end finishes and sleek new offices to cutting-edge conference rooms, a spacious break room, and even a mini-golf course, this project was a blast to bring to life.
🔌 We placed a strong emphasis on advanced cabling and technology infrastructure to meet CDW's unique needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient workspace.

This 29,631 sf Industrial Speculative T.I. for Crow Holdings, consisted of a complete 2-story Tenant Improvement with Class A, high-end finishes with new warehouse & office restrooms, large offices & conference rooms with Herculite glass walls, break rooms, large bullpen areas, an upgraded main lobby with custom a staircase & railings.
The Warehouse consisted of new Warehouse lighting throughout, HVLS fans, and all new dock packages with levelers, restraints, lights & fans.
This was all completed in less than 16 weeks.

Uprite Construction's Southeast Division is preparing to commence construction on the new StorNow Self-Storage facility in Port Charlotte, Florida!
This fully Design/Build project will be a single, Class-A, 141,345 sf, 3-story building, constructed on a 2-1/2 acre site. The total Unit Mix is 1,162 temperature-controlled units. Construction is scheduled to start in September of 2024.

Uprite Construction, in partnership with Advantech-North America, Herdman Architects, and Zatu, is excited to announce the award of the construction for the Advantech North American Headquarters project in Tustin, California.
We are honored to have been selected by Advantech to be their trusted advisor to build this landmark project in the shadow of the last remaining historic blimp hanger at the former Marine Corps Air Station-Tustin.
We are quickly wrapping up our preconstruction phase and preparing to commence mobilization in anticipation of breaking ground in early August.
This project consists of a new 110,000 sf, 6-story headquarters office tower fully built-out with offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, kitchens, a full-size auditorium, and more. There is also an 80,000 sf, 2-story industrial tilt-up building complete with warehouse & tenant improvements.
This is one of the most high-profile construction projects in Orange County in the last 15 years, and we are honored to lead it.
Uprite Construction marked another monumental groundbreaking at Fox Field in Lancaster, California, in partnership with NorthPoint Development, Studio North, Duke Engineering, the City of Lancaster, and LA County Fire.
We are honored to continue our ongoing relationship with NorthPoint Development and we look forward to delivering another successful project, further strengthening our spot as their trusted advisor, not just in Southern California, but across the United States.
With this construction commencement, we are scheduled to complete the 647.327 sf Industrial Concrete Tilt-Up building by June of 2025.

We’re excited to share some great news about our Rancho Cordova Logistics Center project – we're 95% done! 🎉
Our team has been hard at work on two major concrete tilt-up buildings, one covering 441,618 SF and the other 275,807 SF, along with over 50 acres of site improvements for our partner, @northpointdev . We’re on track to wrap everything up by the end of this month.
