Another exciting groundbreaking in the books! The 364 Logistics Center is officially underway in Maryland Heights, Missouri. We were honored to hear from Mayor Mike Moeller and other key stakeholders during the ceremony, and we’re grateful to everyone who attended to celebrate this milestone with us.
Spanning 339 acres, this 2.1 million-square-foot, five-building development will not only address the high demand for modern logistics space in the Midwest but is also projected to create an estimated 863 jobs and strengthen the local economy.

We are proud to announce the successful closing of NorthPoint Industrial Fund VII, our largest fund to date, raising over $1.5 billion in equity. This milestone significantly exceeds our initial target and positions us to capitalize on an expected $4 billion in industrial acquisitions.
To date, the fund is 40% deployed into a 17.3 million square foot portfolio of industrial space across 14 unique markets in the U.S. We believe the current market represents a generational buying opportunity in industrial real estate. The successful closing of this fund is a testament to the trust our investors have in our team's disciplined approach and the strength of our vertically integrated platform.

Our development team spent time in the Kansas City office assembling breakfast bags for families staying at Ronald McDonald House. These small comforts help support parents as they remain close to their children during medical treatment.
Thank you to the team members who organized the effort and to everyone who helped pack and prepare the bags.
Our Corporate Admin Team recently volunteered with @givingthebasics , helping ensure essential hygiene items reach the individuals and families who need them most.
They worked together to break down pre-assembled hygiene kits, removing items that Giving the Basics can’t distribute, so they can reclaim and repurpose thousands of donated products that would have otherwise gone unused.
We’re grateful to our teams who continue to give their time to support partners making a difference in their communities.
Members of our Keystone Trade Center team spent the day volunteering at Snipes Farm, a nonprofit that advances sustainable agriculture and expands access to fresh, healthy food.
Working together, the team packed nearly 400 bags of locally grown vegetables that were distributed to organizations supporting families in need. We’re proud to partner with groups that strengthen the communities where we live and work. @snipes_farm
Through our partnership with Hope’s Front Door, our Chicago team helped more than 340 students receive essential school supplies this year—surpassing last year’s total.
