When I first left school I did it in pursuit of a life I thought couldn’t wait. I poured myself into music and my career thinking I was too far gone to go back. I’m forever grateful to my biggest inspiration @maridrake__ for not only being an image of dedication and grit but for reminding me that my younger self was still waiting on me. Waiting on me to pick them up and go on that drive that I said we would. I smile now knowing this is crossed off the list for younger me. I finally caught that elusive piece of paper. Look who it is Grandma. I guess I did alright after all. To be honest, it’s been better than alright. I’m thriving in this life and love I’ve found.
