The Unsorted Collective invites artists and curious beginners to explore the intersection of sound, visuals, and code.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to create generative visuals and algorithmic music directly in the browser using open-source creative coding tools such as Hydra, p5.js, and Strudel.
The workshop complements the program of the Röstibrücke Festival, offering a practical introduction to live audiovisual performance and the creative possibilities of coding.
Participants will experiment with: • Real-time video synthesis • Generative graphics and motion • Algorithmic music and rhythm • Live audiovisual performance workflows
No previous coding knowledge is required.
Requirements • Laptop (Windows / Mac / Linux) • Headphones • A Chromium-based browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Brave)
