Don’t worry! If you’re aged 14-25 and an aspiring artist, presenter or future producer and want to gain recognised qualifications, but didn’t manage to get a place this term, recruitment for the brand new courses open this December. Spaces go quick, so make sure you don’t miss your chance to join.

Music Technology – Learn the essentials of music production, from beat making and recording, in our fully equipped studio. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to level up, this course will sharpen your skills!
Radio & TV Production – Explore the full process of creating content for radio and TV, from scripting and presenting to recording and editing. Perfect for anyone who wants to get into presenting, podcasting or behind the scenes production.
NGY – Aimed at younger creatives, the NGY programme gives you the space to develop your voice and build confidence through content creation, performance and storytelling.
All courses come with recognised qualifications, real industry tutors, and the chance to work inside a live radio station.

Our NGY and Greater Manchester Hip Hop Academy students reimagined Nas’ “I Can” bringing a 2026 perspective rooted in individuality, self-expression and real lived experiences from young people across Greater Manchester.
From writing and recording inside the adidas Abbey Road Studio at Co-op Live to getting game from Superlative and True Aubz, this was a proper industry-level experience for the next generation.
Big up to Marley, Beeone, Big Simz, Deedot, Dkay and Mekhi for bringing it to life, plus everyone who supported the journey including @manchestercitycouncil@oneeducation_ltd@singupgrams , Manchester Basketball and Merky Books.
