Dr Peggy Mulongo joins Kai Jasper on Primetime tomorrow for an important conversation on âhonourâ-based abuse, forced marriage, and FGM.
As a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in Mental Health and Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity (EDI) at the University of Lancashire, Dr Peggy will be discussing what âhonourâ-based abuse is, the different forms it can take, who it affects, and the barriers many people face when seeking help.
The conversation will also explore whether âhonourâ-based abuse is a crime, the impact of speaking out, and where support is available for those affected.
Be sure to tune in 7-10am & 4-7pm, only on Unity Radio, The Real Sound Of The City, live from MediaCityUK on 92.8FM and online at www.unityradio.fm
