Reposted from @chefrjackson @unitymarketsny opens June 20 inside Central Park. Saturdays. Through November. Central Park North at 110th and Malcolm X. We're seating four Kitchen Residencies for the season. Hispanic, Asian, French, Greek, Indian, African Dispora. One operator per cuisine. Mom-and-pop only, no chains, no concepts in disguise. We're looking for the cook who's been running a tight one or two-unit operation or pop-up, sourcing carefully, and quietly building a following. A residency is a season, not a stall. Hot or cold service, both work. Production and quality standards are real, and the conversation will be direct. This is one of the first farmers markets to operate inside Central Park. The four kitchens that take these seats will be part of something durable. Apply at unitymarketny.org. #NYCChefs #SmallBusiness #MomAndPop #ChefLife #NYCRestaurants

Reposted from @chefrjackson @unitymarketsny opens June 20 inside Central Park. Saturdays. Through November. Central Park North at 110th and Malcolm X. We're looking for one bakery. Authored loaves. Real fermentation. A baker working at the level the room deserves. Upper Manhattan operations get first call. This is one of the first farmers markets to operate inside Central Park. The bench is curated, the seats are limited, and the season fills fast. Apply at unitymarketny.org. #UnityMarketNY #CentralPark #UpperManhattan #FarmersMarket #FoodSovereignty RealFood Saturdays

Reposted from @chefrjackson @unitymarketsny opens June 20 inside Central Park. Saturdays. Through November. Central Park North at 110th and Malcolm X. We need a heritage grain and flour vendor. Stone-milled flour. Whole grain. Polenta, grits, hulled barley. The base layer that makes every other vendor's product better. This is one of the first farmers markets to operate inside Central Park. The right miller belongs here. If that's you, or someone you know, we want the conversation. Apply at unitymarketny.org
