Unity Market opens June 20 inside Central Park.
Saturdays. Through November.
Central Park North at 110th and Malcolm X.
The salumi seat is open.
Charcuterie, cured meats, whole-animal practice. We're looking for one operator who works with patience and sources cleanly. Volume isn't the brief. Craft is.
This is one of the first farmers markets to operate inside Central Park. A real opportunity for a maker who's been quietly building something serious.

Saturdays at Unity Market, Central Park North. June 20 through November.
You'll learn where the food comes from, who grows it, how it gets preserved and used, and why any of it matters. Disciplined work, real responsibility, and a season's worth of context most kitchens never give you.

The work is not symbolic. It is operational. Traceable products. Named producers. Community seats every Saturday. Twenty-one Saturdays. June through November. This is what a hundred years of conversation looks like when it finally becomes action. Support the @ReverencePhoenix campaign. Link in bio.
The people who built California cuisine did not ask permission. They cooked their truth and let the work speak. I was raised in that same inheritance. That is what comes to Central Park North this June. Help make it real. Support the @ReverencePhoenix crowdfunding campaign. Link in bio to donate.

Gratitude post. The adventure that was @americasculinarycupcbs was filled with produce from a familiar friend. Over the years those that have dined with me know a few of the seasonal dishes I have created are centered on produce from @thechefsgarden_ohio . #Oca as a sign of respect and appreciation for not mucking up their products on national television. They sent this wonderful chefs select seasonal box. What an incredible surprise. I’ve tried to move quickly to eat it all and simply can’t with my small family so, preservation always to be 100% sustainable. As always from the work to the home front. I am consistent. Frankly since first fermenting sunchokes a few years ago @reverencenyc OG, it’s my preferred method to eat them. Last night for pre dinner snack. We ate a bowl of slices. Then. A steak from the @reverenceprovisions box and the killer savoy spinach bag they sent. #sundaysupper oh yeah. Again @farmerleejones thanks for making my food incredible and for the love and respect. #honored
We’re at $850.
I don’t love asking like this, but this is one of those moments where it actually matters
We needed to hit $2,000 by this evening to get @reverencephoenix moving.
We’re not there yet.
I’m asking directly.
If you’ve followed the work, eaten with us, or believed in what we’ve been building, this is the moment to step in.
Reverence Phoenix is happening in Central Park this summer within the @unitymarketsny that i'm curating.
The city is moving. The market is set.
We just need to close this gap to bring it to life properly.
For those who support
you’ll get early access, weekly recipe drops, and a direct line into the project as it builds
But right now it’s simple
Help us move this forward
