Had such a great time speaking with the fam at @blackcinemaclubhtx and am truly grateful to be invited into such a powerful space. Seeing Houston show up and come together in such big numbers is really a sight to seeā¦ like wow š„¹
Speaking publicly definitely stretches me (I work behind the scenes for a reason! lol ), but Iām learning to step out and use my voice and my gifts for Godās glory. It meant so much to share the panel with my bestie @natethedirector and be in conversation with people I truly admire: @dominquep , @chillvibes , @jalenemack , and @gregcarternexus .

Wow. #2016 was one of the best years for me. I was living back and forth between the US and West Africa with my camera in hand and not a care in the world.
After a stint as a fashion editor under @zandileblay I was just starting to understand that producing was a real career path and I could merge all my knowledge of image making together.
2016 was one of my last years styling @lagosfashionweekofficial (#LFDW for those who know) then working with some of the best emerging brands and designers @iamisigo@bubuogisi gave me a true foundation. How I was styling and shooting backstage? Who knows lol.
Life was a lot simpler then. Before the āDetty Decembersā and when yall all hated afrobeats haha. I learned so much that year and loved every moment and was shooting EVERYTHING I could. I miss my Lagos life. I promise Iām getting back to my hobbies and picking up my camera again! š«¶š½ā¤ļø #compozition

It brought me so much joy to collaborate and just make good work with ease. I havenāt met a set I didnāt cut up on becauseā¦ why so serious people?! Letās remember this is just image-making, we arenāt curing cancer.
