When we talk about transforming an event space, this is what we mean 😍
Celebrating the fusion of Persian and Thai cultures, modern glam vibes, and a love for orchids, we were thrilled to be able to create a dynamic and completely bespoke design— something nobody’s Pinterest boards had ever seen!
When we came up with the concept of a ceiling dripping with florals, we sourced thousands of orchids, flying many in from Hawaii for the best quality and variety. This installation over the dance floor created such an impactful design moment that tied the rest of the space together. It truly looked magnificent from EVERY single angle! ✨
We carried the concept of cascading florals through the rest of the event spaces, with an all-white and modern ceremony look and shadowbox escort display, filled to the brim with a waterfall of florals. The bride also carried a statement-making, oversized bouquet of orchids, as a hint to the guests of the reception goodness to come!

Last night was my 15th year producing the black and white party and the 20,000 leagues under the sea theme was probably the best yet! I had this vision of an animatronic whale as the statement piece and Nick and the team at Event Pro knocked the build out of the park! I seriously had so much fun designing this project with Nick and it exceeded my expectations! Accented by amazing flowers by Flowers and Fancies, rentals from Select, delicious food from Eleven Courses and DJ Kopec keeping everyone on the dance floor, it was an epic night! Big shout out to my friends at the Pratt who have entrusted me and really let me go wild with this event every year!
