🚨Tomorrow Sunday Nov 2nd 11:00—16:00 is the last day of #ClimateEmergencyReadingRoom at @stavangerkunstmuseum !🚨 🌿 @bergenartbookfair and @benjaminhick are collaborating with Stavanger kunstmuseum on exhibiting the Climate Emergency Reading Room. Thursday, Oct 30: Official opening with a reading by Kristin Auestad Danielsen On Saturday, Nov 1st we held a family-friendly drop-in workshop. Everyone made postcards based on their thoughts, #hopes and #dreams for our shared #future. The collages, drawings and texts were riso printed afterwards so everyone could take some with them and spread them to others. 🌿 The selection is a traveling reading room and exhibition initiated by Adam and Amelia Greenhall of @anemone.es . This edition is co-curated by the artist and curator Jessica Williams @slowarrow . Browse a selection of books, zines and pamphlets about the climate crisis that are especially gathered for the occasion and collectively chosen by Anemone and Williams. The edition of the selection is initiated by Bergen Art Book Fair for the 2025 edition and for Gloppen. The artist publications span #local issues, #renewable energy and #solarpunk, political #organizing, grief, taking #action, #resource #sharing, and community. In addition, a selection of children’s books concerning climate change, nature crisis and ecology are generously provided by Sølvberget, Stavanger #PublicLibrary.
