In times of crisis, silence is not an option. Our voices carry weight, and when we choose to use them, we create impact, accountability, and change.

As a hospitality industry, we are more than bars and restaurants, we are a third place. A space between home and work where people gather, connect, and feel a sense of belonging. That space should feel safe for everyone, front of house, back of house, our teams, and every single guest who walks through our doors.

Showing up in spaces where representation has historically been limited is a reminder that this work is bigger than any one of us. It’s about advocating for socially conscious spaces that are worth protecting, about ensuring that local policy and regulations evolve in a way that supports the growth of our industry while intentionally uplifting underserved communities.
