Here’s a BTS of our roastery in Essex, VT! We put a lot of care into selecting and roasting coffees to share with you all. We love engaging with our community inside the cafe, as well as becoming part of your daily coffee routine at home. So many of our customers share with us about their home espresso, drip, French press, or pour over setups and we love helping people choose a coffee that is right for them. Whether it’s a special coffee from our Namesake series, or one of our daily drivers, we hope each of you can find something you love from our wide selection of offerings. 🩷 Have you tried our coffee yet?

✨ NOT ONLY do we have a new coffee, but we have THREE Namesake Series coffees at this very moment ✨ We have never had this many Very Fancy Coffees™️ at the same time before. We stocked up for the holiday season! Here’s the TLDR for each coffee (and the full descriptions are on our site): La Pradera Pacamara: tastes a little fruity, but clean and sweet cup quality. Pacamara is a variety with big beans. We’ve never roasted one before, so our cute roasters (slide 4) are excited!! From our strongest importer relationship at @haciendalaminita 3 Khuns Natural: Sweet like sugar plum! Myanmar is a cool and interesting coffee growing region who only started scaling their coffee industry ~11 years ago! We love our friends who import this coffee at @pinkheadedduckcoffee and we’re so happy to work with them for a second year! Winey Natural Robusta: from @futurecoffeefarm and imported by @karmiccirclecoffeetrading is this BEAUTIFULLY PROCESSED and unique robusta. Full bodied and fruit forward. Long finish. Incredible as espresso. Delicious as a pour over. I could talk about this coffee for days The TLDR wasn’t very short, but I’m not sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️. Drink good coffee this holiday season! You’ll be happier for it! Sometimes I write stuff about coffee on our blog on the website, so you can read a bunch about at least two of these coffees there ❤️. Xoxo

Hey everyone! Here are our holiday hours for the rest of the season. We will be open on Christmas eve and New Year's eve. ALSO we are fully stocked up on gift cards, so make sure you swing by and grab some for the coffee lovers in your life!! We have been upping our supply of retail coffee bags as well, so you can be fully prepared when your friends and fam are visiting ✨️✨️

ARE YOU READY for a seasonal shift??? Well, it's here. We have heard your requests to bring back the Gingerbread Latte! As with all of our syrups (except maple of course,) we make the Gingerbread Syrup in house. It's made with candied ginger, a proprietary spice blend, maple, and mollasses to create a latte that tastes EXACTLY like holiday cheer. Love you all so much xoxo

☕️ NEW & SPECIAL ☕️ We are so pleased to release this limited coffee from @futurecoffeefarm in Vietnam (& imported by @karmiccirclecoffeetrading ). This Winey Natural Robusta is an incredible example of immaculate craftsmanship. From the conditions of the farm, to the harvesting, sorting of the coffee beans, processing, and of course roasting (😜), it’s rare we’re this excited to share a coffee with you all. ROBUSTA: it’s important to us to be able to offer products we believe in and advocate for. Exploring the potential of robusta (or canephora) coffee has brought so much fun to our jobs and lives over the past several years. On a personal note, I (Maya) believe that the coffee world has only just started to scratch the surface of what robusta has to offer. I have been a loud advocate for robusta coffee since I started to explore Vietnam’s history with coffee more in 2022 in an effort to connect more with my Vietnamese heritage. I love this coffee.
