The coffee cherries for this lot are hand-picked, sorted, and fermented for 72 hours in stainless steel tanks inside a climate-controlled container. Afterward, they’re dried for around 20 days, with regular movement to ensure perfect uniformity. Once dried, the beans are depulped and carefully sorted—both visually and manually in two rounds — for a flawless appearance. 👀✨
