We are delighted to announce Home Beyond the Dawn at Expo 2025 Osaka, a multichannel immersive video installation that brings together the works of over 30 Ukrainian contemporary artists to reflect on the evolving concept of home during wartime. First shown as a large-scale exhibition in Guadalajara, Mexico (2023–2024) curated by Natalia Matsenko, Home Beyond the Dawn is reimagined in Osaka as a multiscreen environment. Combining video, photography, animation, sound, and digitally reconstructed spaces, the project creates a layered and emotionally resonant narrative of loss, resilience, and imagination. The exhibition will be accompanied by public discussions and interactive workshops. LIMEN x KOLO Opening evening of LIMEN at KOLO community space, Paris. LIMEN is an installation and research project that explores kill-zone territories and other technologically saturated environments as new spatial conditions that irreversibly reshape landscapes, perception, and the behavior of human and non-human actors. Starting from the context of Ukraine, the project examines how signal systems, machine vision, remote warfare, ecological disruption, and digital infrastructures produce territories that are difficult to access, measure, or fully comprehend. Using simulation, interactive installation, codex-building, and portable interfaces, LIMEN seeks ways to translate these complex realities into forms that can be experienced, discussed, and critically approached. The evening includes an introduction to the project and conversations with invited guests working across mapping, landscape, territory, and interactive practices. through water — rivers, wetlands and seas, lands are united. ecosystems are linked by arteries that carry memory, heavy metals, groups of living organisms, and personal and collective identities with equal ease. they connect infrastructures, turn turbines, spill over in floods, and sometimes dry up, only to vanish without a trace. through memory, landscapes overlap like a palimpsest, preserving the experience of wars, love, pollution, closeness, and loss. you look through my window and see your own view, the one that belongs only to you — somewhere at the intersection of the individual and the common. Outside the window is the Seine, and reflected in it is the Dnipro. Or a family trip from many years ago, in which you were present only in memories. looking at the volcano in the Netherlands, exhausted by extraction and sleeping beneath the water, you sing it a lullaby, remembering your Mexican ancestors. what else can be seen through these windows? featuring works and interventions from @tomoko_hayashi___ @annaivch @camargo03 @amautagarcia @kreshnik.arifii @misha_zavalny @fantasticlittlesplash @clemenspoole @sirousalex Open studio at @citedesartsparis 1.04 Studio 8401 Marais site, main building 18:00-21:00 @if_officiel @ukrainian_institute
