Set the mood with these inky black candles. When lit, the wax pours slowly down the ridges, slowing the burn and creating a new form.
Handmade in California, the oversized candles are 100% beeswax with organic hemp wick.

Our Erode soaps put UMÉ on the map however our studio offers other unique designs. Case in point: the Draped Flower Curtain that is an ever-changing, living vertical space divider.
With over 100 pockets for fresh flowers, the curtain is arotating seasonal landscape. Made from Japanese washi from the Manila jute plant, each curtain was knitted by hand and machine in a small workshop in Japan.
This is a limited run of 30.

We created this ceramic bouton soap dish to showcase our Erode Soap. Hand-mixed with different minerals and natural pigments, the bouton carries subtle textures on its surface. Available in black, gray and marble tones.

Each concrete bowl is hand poured and features delicate paper thin rims with no two bowls being the same.
This is an annual limited batch release handmade in our Oakland studio. Available in white, black and gray and in a variety of sizes.

These large beeswax TUSK candles feature an organic hemp wick and are handmade in California. Each clean burning candle releases a very subtle sweet scent. Depending on where the bees collected the nectar the scent can vary from floral to a pure honey scent. Each candle comes wrapped and packaged in a kraft box. Also available in black beeswax.
