For the summer semesters, ASBC lockers will be free to use! Until August 15th, please feel free to use the lockers in Duff Roblin, Isbister, Greenhouse Cafe Tunnel, Tier, and the Tier-Drake Connection with your own lock. After August 15th, we will be cleaning out all the lockers and taking out any leftover items, so please ensure you are cleaned out by then! Also, please note that lockers in the Tier Hallway will be inaccessible from June 1st - 5th due to renovations. Have a good summer! ☀️💚

On May 02, 2026, the Arts Student Body Council 2025–26 bid farewell to the school year with our final event of the term — Annual Final Affair 2026. With a beautiful European Summer theme, the evening turned out to be such a memorable celebration of the Faculty of Arts community. We are so grateful to everyone who attended and helped make the night so special. The event gave us the opportunity to reflect on all the work, growth, and accomplishments of this past year, while also celebrating the people who make the Faculty of Arts such an incredible community. We were proud to recognize, honour, and award the hardworking students, faculty, and staff whose dedication and contributions have made a meaningful impact. So much effort, care, and love went into planning this event, and seeing everything come together so beautifully made it all worth it. From the decorations and atmosphere to the laughter, dancing, conversations, and celebrations, Final Affair 2026 truly felt like the perfect ending to this year. 【 ECHOES OF PERSISTENCE 】 Opening Wednesday, May 13th in the School of Art Student Gallery, @sofasa and @um.asbc present ‘Echoes of Persistence’. We invite you all to join us at our closing reception, as part of city-wide Pride celebrations, on Wednesday, May 27th at 6pm. Refreshments will be provided, along with a free screen printing station to print shirts with a design that celebrates SOA’s pride. 📍 SOA Student Gallery, 158H Taché Arts Complex at 150 Dafoe Rd ⏰ open weekdays 9am - 4pm 🗓️ May 13th - May 27th 🌈 Closing reception: May 27th at 6pm At the heart of ‘Echoes of Persistence’ is the unflinching desire to celebrate queer resistance.
