NICE WEATHER
We have redesigned the NICE WEATHER brand logo using the traditional Japanese craft of “Edomoji” lettering.
To commemorate the launch of the NICE WEATHER brand in Japan, we will release a special T-shirt that blends Korean and Japanese cultures.
The graphics feature the NICE WEATHER logo, reconstructed in Edomoji style, and the “淸陽” logo, both newly illustrated by Shisamu Iwase, a designer from A DESIGN LAB.

Since ancient times, yokai have been seen as strange and otherworldly beings. However, in today’s world, diversity is embraced, and society has shifted toward accepting all forms of individuality.
This design embodies that spirit.
My design philosophy is “Reconstructing Tradition.”
Rather than simply incorporating traditional Japanese motifs into modern products, I aim to reexamine their compositions and contexts—breathing new life into fading elements in a way that allows them to coexist naturally with the present day.
Lastly, I hope this Duvel glass adds a special touch to your moments of enjoyment.

I am pleased to announce the successful conclusion of my first solo exhibition in London.
This achievement would not have been possible without the support of our valued customers and business partners.
We salarymen rise early in the morning, endure the crush of packed trains, navigate the office by treading carefully around juniors, placating our bosses, and crafting counterfeit smiles for our clients while bowing deeply.
With a modest allowance in our wallets, we survive on convenience store rice balls and canned coffee for sustenance. Then, we end our days drinking cheap booze at pubs or parks, carrying the weight of our stress-filled lives.
And yet, by sacrificing ourselves, we can offer small happinesses to our wives and children.
This, I believe, is the way of the modern Japanese samurai.
Having overworked myself a bit, I plan to take some well-earned leave and sleep at home.
I look forward to meeting you all again.
