Using the goldfish as a medium, the artist explores the delicate tension between memory and baggage. • The Metaphor: While a goldfish’s short memory is often seen as a flaw, here it is a shortcut to transcendence. To "forget" is to "let go." By shedding the weight of identity and past attachments, one achieves a state of pure, childlike liberation. • The Vision: Through the interaction between the Child and the Goldfish, "imperfection" is redefined. Forgetfulness isn't a loss—it is the very condition required to reach a state of grace.
