The centerpiece of the kitchen—the industrial oven—has been installed by a specialist crew flown in all the way from Europe.

We also took a trip up the scissor lift to inspect the new roof works. While the view over the city is stunning from up there, it’s a shame it will only be a service platform!
It’s all about creating an efficient and high-performing facility!

The walls are finished in a durable, soft-feel textured render, creating a subtle, inviting atmosphere;
