We’ve recently kicked off staged upgrade works at Warilla Grove in the Shellharbour region.
This is a three-stage project being delivered over the next 12 months, with the centre remaining fully operational throughout. A big focus for us is managing staging and tenancy coordination carefully to minimise disruption while we deliver each phase.
GreenBrook has been engaged on a full turnkey basis, managing the project from design through to construction and handover.
The works will introduce new tenancies across medical, pharmacy, café, gym, food & beverage and retail, along with upgrades to circulation areas and key infrastructure.
Looking forward to delivering this one with HomeCo.
Project Commencement | Heatherbrae Industrial Facility
Construction is now underway at our latest industrial project in Heatherbrae for The Glove Company.
The 6,000m² site will deliver 3,000m² of warehouse and distribution space, purpose-built to support long-term operations.

O Superfoods Bondi Junction
A perfect place for locals to gather and consume all things healthy. This project was a challenge due to base building, time and cost constraints but our minor works team have delivered a very warm space for our valued client, O Superfoods to expand their brand.
Mick and Shandra were the perfect clients. The type of client you wish you had for every project. It was a collaborative and fun project and the outcome was a reflection of the experience. If you are ever in Bondi Junction, stop by O Superfoods for a smoothy, coffee or one of their healthy meals.

HomeCentre Bathurst is undergoing an extension of a 1500m2. What used to be the garden centre, will now be home to a state of the art World Gym tenancy. Works have commenced and the tenancy will be ready for fitout early in the new year.
