We did it. 9 second stock block 4 banger!
9.971 @ 138mph down the 1/4 mile
The ‘UGPTOY’ TT dips into the 9s and backs it up with a second 9.97 run at Heathcote Park Raceway today, which was a hot and windy one.
Galano Engineering providing the amazing support today on the TT’s ECU/DSG solutions helping us reset the Turbo Technics V5 world record as well as a few other MQB micro records we still need to figure out.
We learned a lot to get this thing out of the hole. Still amazing to think this was achieved with items we stock and supply our customers on an unopened engine and box on a true street car.
A big thanks to Glenn our technician who helped get us it mechanically right on the day.
