@hulse_engineering single seat comp buggy replica chassis.
Last year we sponsored
@sonuvabeast in his Kalif car and we wanted to keep that going this year with his new Hulse Engineering car. Back in November I reached out to
@richard_hulse to see if it was possible to get the actual chassis drawings to scale down and make these as accurate as possible. He has been awesome to work with and got me the drawings right away.
*little side note. When making rc replicas it is a huge help to work with the actual builders of the full-size cars and not just take their designs without permission. I am so very thankful to
@jesse_haines_fabrication @kalifredden
and
@richard_hulse for trusting me with their designs and drawings. Hopefully we can work with more builders in the future to bring you the most accurate chassis possible.
Chassis specs
.035 wall DOM tube main chassis.
Subframe excepts Capra or VFD skid plates
2.2 chassis setup for 13.5” wheelbase and cut n shut tires.
Shock setup is
@priceyscustomcrawlers 110mm with angled rod ends front and rear. If you use standard lower rod ends you will need 100mm to maintain recommended ride height.
