Jules Gill-Peterson's recent lecture, The Constitutional Right to Transition: Reconstruction and the Political History of Transphobia, drew a packed room at UC Berkeley! Thank you to everyone who joined us for this important, timely talk exploring how the right to transition is rooted in the history and tradition of the Fourteenth Amendment, and why the Supreme Court's current perspective on this issue is fundamentally misguided.
