A rural retreat in Devon, inside the shell of a listed linhay, a type of farm building found in Devon and Somerset. Due to the sensitive natural habitat, we’ve designed louvred timber screens to limit any impact on light-sensitive species🦇. Working closely with an ecologist, we’ve designed openings to limit external light levels while also allowing natural daylight inside and making the most of the valley views.
