Coach Tai started his coaching journey with Jungle around 2020. He started as a student in the coaching internship and worked his way to the floor, building his own PT business as well.
He brings with him an array of skills with over 20yrs of training experience. He has a good eye for movement, patterns and has picked up the coaching skills and tools to build better humans. He believes movement is a privilege and it is our responsibility as human beings to always protect it. Care for the body. Whether you are a grandparent, Parent, Father, Mother, Athlete or just an average joe. Learning to lift heavy, move fast, move effectively, run, jump or even touch your toes. He is the guy that wants to serve you and make you a better human. He loves athletic development and with a background in Dance has a keen eye for movement patterns, body awareness and movement efficiency.
Tai has returned to coaching with a spark of humility and willing to serve the community. His training has recently moved from bodyweight strength training, handstands and mobility. To the Athletic Development / Sporting or Hybrid training. This includes Plyometrics, Strength and Conditioning, Interval training and most recently running (short & long distance).
Lift Heavy, Run Fast, Train Hard.
The man that brings the dance floor with him Tai is the guy that brings the vibes through culture and music. Always happy to have a boogie.

Do the homemade gels work? For me yes I believe so ✅
Made this batch last night for today’s run got it done.
No cramps

Personally I like knowing what goes in them and choosing good quality ingredients. Literally took me 5mins to make
Kia Ora @kaicarrier I’m sure this is not their intended use but grateful 🙏🏽

Consistency is key 🔑
Showing up everyday to the small habits. The workout, the meals, quality family time, allocating social time, gratitude. Life keeps life-ing but the daily habits keep it worth living.
“Miss one day all good get back on the horse, but don’t miss two days in a row” gets harder to get back on.
Facing challenges head on…
Being brave to take challenges head on and not being emotional about it. There’s truth in the way our parents generation were in terms of grit. Just get on with it. Sometimes we overthink, over analyse, looking for the best outcome and hesitate. Where taking action without emotion is at times better then getting stuck in your head.
Support group social / brotherhood…
In the world of social media, online presence. This is one of the biggest missing links in society. Isolation, depression, anxiety, loneliness and more of these emotions/ feelings have increased since the digital age. Finding REAL LIFE CONNECTION has been a huge key to happiness and gratitude. To have more joy, more deep conversations, and to have a laugh. As human beings nothing can beat human to human connection. Especially as men we need physical interaction, we need to move and be boisterous.
Leadership
There are stages in life that call you into leadership. Whether that be school, sports, independence, work, or parenthood. It is important to answer the call and step up to the plate. However you need your team around you. Whether it’s the direct team, your social support, or your partner. Leadership is not a solo mission. It is a collective of individuals working together as one.
Admitting the truth 🙊
It is what it is. The truth hurts but admitting the truth keeps you accountable. Withholding emotion when making decisions, having honest conversations and taking life for what it is. Emotions are important but I find I can be way too emotional at times when it comes to decision making, action or tough conversations. Acceptance is the key to peace. But doesn’t mean you put up with B***sh**
