Now complete, this South Melbourne commercial headquarters is a bold collaboration between Six Degrees Architects, Hecker Guthrie, and Tycorp - recently featured in @thelocalproject
A complex construction on a tight site with no access for a tower crane, Clarendon Works demanded precision and ingenuity at every stage. The result is a workplace of exceptional craftsmanship - terrazzo floors, a bespoke three-storey metal staircase, and a glass atrium flooding the interiors with natural light.
From the precast concrete façade to the finely executed interiors, every element has been delivered without compromise, bringing the client’s ambitious vision to life.
