We’re back and it’s been one helluva ride

We still haven’t recovered from yesterday… how’s everyone else holding up?? Thanks for making our 8 Year anniversary Party our biggest anniversary celebration yet! Thank you to @BonnieBlueBand , @coastal_empire_wrestling , and all of our wonderful vendors! We have a ton of events scheduled through the rest of the year - 2026/year 8 is turning out to be a good one!

Today is the day! Come celebrate our 8 year anniversary with us. 12pm-7pm. Live music 1-4, wrestling 4pm & 6pm. TONS of beer releases, guest beers, slushies, merch, vendors, and Smol Bar is back! 𝘿𝙊𝙐𝘽𝙇𝙀 𝘾𝙃𝙀𝘾𝙆 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bust out those 90’s windbreakers my dudes, we’ve got an absolute ripper DIPA collab for you guys, another 8th anniversary celebration beer! Our first ever collab with the north-ish Georgia homies at @CreatureComfortsBeer in Athens, and we also teamed up with our close pals at @OtherHalfNYC for a juice bomb with Riwaka, Motueka and Citra, but that’s not all... Our good friends at @FreestyleHops hooked us up with some new treats, cold pressed hop juice that delivers fresh from the field unadulterated character, and we used A LOT of it. Big notes of honeydew, lime peel and sour diesel. We’re long time fans of their brand, their people, and their sour IPA prowess, and we’re super stoked to have them joining our 8th birthday party with a sour DIPA! We borrowed a lot of notes from their playbook and created an experience brewed with oats, raw wheat and lactose, hopped with Peacharine and Citra, fruited with watermelon and blueberry, conditioned on vanilla, and cold steeped on @HaleTeaCo Strawberry Tea Blend. It’s a symphony for your taste budz and drinks like a fresh fruit summertime cocktail while bathing in direct sunlight. This blend of imperial stouts was brewed with an astoundingly rich and complex gaggle of grains, aged in 10 and 11yr Willet Family Estate Rye Whiskeys FOR 33 MONTHS, and finished with a Mexican Hot Chocolate treatment of toasted ancho chills, Monte Plata Organic Cocoa Nibs, Ceylon Cinnamon & Madagascar Vanilla. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *Pause to catch our breath* ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ An absolutely luscious display of barrel-aged development, deep grain character, and a balanced approach to the hot chocolate. The richness hits first followed by a slow roll to the most gentle heat, it’s like being wrapped in a warm chocolate blanket straight from the dryer, right? So many of y’all have become family since we opened our doors and that’s been the most rewarding part of all of this. Thank you to every single person who stepped into this old house this past year. Thank you to every bar, restaurant, and package shop that carries our beer. Thank you to the bartenders and servers who recommend it.
