The first stop on The Road to TENure documentary screening tour was in Atlanta, Ga at the historic Morehouse College! And you know we weren’t leaving the A without a toast and a two step!
Big shoutout to everyone who made Da House our home for the day! Extra special love goes out to our scholarship award recipients, one of whom, Danielle Hood, was on hand to be presented her award by HBCUSpringComing in partnership with the @USTA family!

Make sure you hire a DJ who runs his own production company. By that I mean, a DJ who:
✅ Has worked outdoor festivals in this 107 degree heat
✅ Has two back up USBs for redundancy
✅ Can switch out the CDJ 3000s from the after party without anyone noticing minutes before guests arrive
✅ Brought his own Rev 5 just in case
✅ Has an RCA in the mixer for any Avuncular Audiophile’s deep crate requests
✅ Can make dinner, reception and the afters each unique
✅ Really wants your event to succeed at all costs

We built HBCU SpringComing to be a revival; to remind us of the feeling we had on the yard. For so many of us, as alumni, making it back for annual campus celebration is increasingly difficult. So when we get together (if 2 or 3 are gathered) it feels like home…coming.
