Today we remember Jason Collins, not just for the barriers he broke in the NBA, but for the joy he brought to our Southern California tennis courts.
From 13 years in the league to being a beloved #USTASoCal Adult League player, Jason lived his life with authenticity and a "Keep your racquet up" spirit. He reminded us all that it’s never too late for a second act or a new passion.
We will miss his laughter, his competitiveness, and that unforgettable 7-foot presence at the net.
