@twoflintsbrewery , Windsor
Two Flints Brewery are tucked beneath the railway arches of Windsor Central Station, turning out some seriously good hop-forward pale ales, IPAs and lagers. Known for their expressive, ultra-drinkable beer, they’ve quickly become one of the most exciting breweries in the UK right now. We genuinely think they’re making some of the best hazy beer around - so don’t miss them at These Hills this year.
🔈 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🔈
Update on Santiago
Last year, we made the decision to make Santiago gluten free with the aim of making the beer more accessible to more people without compromising on the quality or character that defines it.
Over the past year, we’ve invested a huge amount of time into refining the process, carrying out extensive R&D and making countless adjustments in pursuit of that balance.
Using the enzyme Clarex to reduce gluten content is an incredibly delicate process, too much can strip away body and flavour and too little means the beer no longer meets the required threshold where we can sell the beer as gluten free.
Despite all of that work, we haven’t been able to achieve the level of consistency we demand from Santiago.
Ultimately, we believe the beer is at its best when brewed without compromise and quality is at the centre of every decision we make.
For that reason, Santiago will no longer be produced as a gluten free beer.
This doesn’t mark the end of our efforts in this space. We’re already developing a new recipe designed specifically to be gluten free from the ground up and we’re looking forward to sharing more on that later this year.
For now, our focus is simple: making Santiago the best version of itself it can possibly be.
All GF and non-GF batches will be clearly marked.
We appreciate everyone’s support and love for Santiago ❤️

PARALLEL SERIES IS BACK 🇺🇸🇳🇿🧙♂️
Parallel is a hop forward beer series inspired by a unique connection: Yakima in the US and Nelson in New Zealand, two iconic growing regions that sit on opposite sides of the world yet share the same 42 degree latitude North and South. These mirrored latitudes create ideal conditions for growing world class hops each with their own distinct character.
We’ve created x3 beers that bring together standout varieties from both hemispheres, focusing and celebrating our absolute favourite hops here at Two Flints; Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron.
PARALLEL #1 5% DDH Pale Ale
Citra & Nelson Sauvin
We’ve fine-tuned the water profile and yeast pitch to get full hop saturation at a modest ABV. Double dry-hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin, this pale ale delivers bright notes of freshly squeezed orange juice, crushed red grapes, and green fruit pastilles.
PARALLEL #2 6.5% Hazy IPA
Mosaic & Nectaron
This hazy IPA is soft, juicy, and saturated with Mosaic and Nectaron. These two distinctive hops come together seamlessly, bringing notes of ripe peach, pineapple chunks, overripe mango, and a smooth rounded dank finish.
PARALLEL #3 8% DIPA
Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin & Nectaron
The final chapter, a bold, juicy, full throttle showcase of all four hops in harmony. We’ve used the freshest hops we can get our hands on plus plenty of the latest hop products on the market to create this fully saturated double IPA.
We’re tasting layered notes of mango kulfi, lychee, crushed gooseberries and a slightly resinous finish.
Parallel series is pouring at some great venues over the next few weeks including @hopcityleeds next weekend! ✌🏽

We’re very fortunate to be one of just three UK breweries selected for this year’s FWD programme by @yakimachiefeu .
The FWD programme gives brewers exclusive access to cutting edge, not yet commercialised hop varieties from Yakima Chief’s innovation pipeline. For this release we’ve got our hands on the exciting new HBC 1176 pairing it with a touch of Citra to create a soft, pillowy hazy IPA.
Expect notes of lemon meringue, mango kulfi, and sweet citrus.
TALK OF THE TOWN 5% HAZY PALE
Soft, fluffy and full on tropical punch. Our hand selected Citra leads the way with Dolcita lending a hand for notes of peach rings, charred pineapple and a touch of coconut.

The result is two unique beers that tell the complete story of one incredible harvest.”

GANDER 4.8% American Bitter
We’ve really enjoyed seeing this cask beer pour in some of the very best pubs over the last week. Gander takes inspiration from one of our all time favourites: @sierranevada Celebration Ale (with a friendlier ABV!).
We’ve taken what is essentially a classic English bitter framework and dialled it up with some old school American hops. Red amber in colour with caramel malt, firm bitterness and loaded up with Cascade and Chinook we hope to do more cask beer this year!
We’re getting grapefruit zest, blood orange and pine sap.
Cheers

🥶❤️SOME CRISPY NUMBERS THIS WEEK❤️🥶
DON’T GIVE UP 6.5% West Coast IPA
Inspired by both classic and modern West Coast IPAs, this westy gets a touch of caramel malt for subtle sweetness and a rich orange colour. Strata, Mosaic and Columbus Cryo bring notes of grapefruit, blood orange and pine sap which is rounded out by a firm but smooth bitterness.
SETTLE DOWN 5% NZ Pilsner
For our first NZ Pilsner we have decided to showcase one of New Zealand’s most distinctive hops, Riwaka. A base of German Pilsner malt, fermented with a German yeast strain this beer creates the perfect base for a subtle addition of Riwaka to shine. Zesty lime, tropical fruit with a touch of diesel for this dry, crushable pilsner.
