Project Update – One One Six, Cockfosters Development
The Two Equinox show apartment is now complete and looking superb!
Our team has installed elegant Amtico herringbone flooring with a detailed border, complemented by soft Cormar carpets in the bedrooms.
This represents an exciting stage in the 226-apartment scheme, with the focus now shifting to the finishing touches in the communal spaces.

Excited to share that the Assembly building is the next phase of homes being released at our Waldens development project in Saffron Walden.
These homes are really coming together — looking sharp with Amtico LVT and Cormar Riva carpets, all fitted over Cloud 9 underlay for that perfect finish.
