Today I’m feeling very thankful that for the past 6 months my designs have graced the screen of my favorite movie theater in Los Angeles. @vidiots is more than just a theater— I’ve found community, a sense of belonging and a creative energy that had been elusive. Everything just clicks, and it’s heaven. Everytime I sit down to make a new video, little 13 year old Wade can’t even it. Here’s a few recent examples… and some are coming up soon so get your tickets today!
The @academymuseum was pretty rad. They have a great exhibit on color in film where I got to see Kim Novak’s impossibly green dress from Vertigo and some of the Saul Bass animation cells from the credits. Consider me inspired.
I’m hosting karaoke again tomorrow with the fine folks of @vidiots . Come check out the radical rock musical stylings of Jesus Christ Superstar and stay afterwards for some karaoke on the big screen.
