Pumped to announce a new workshop series 💥💥🥰🙌 !! My amazing new fren @undertheaura_ opened a reeeally beautiful yoga/wellness studio this year and I'm gonna be doing a few things there. You definitely wanna follow @tribetreehouse cause there's gonna be tons of dope small events/meetups and all kinds of classes there!

There's been some really nice days this spring, I'm sad I haven't been able to shoot any footage outside. Either not feeling it mentally or my long term injuries flare up and I have to deal with that instead. Definitely doing the right thing by listening to my body and not forcing it but it never feels like the right thing 🤷♂️. Anyway here's something before going out last weekend
