Adding a new Monday afternoon yoga class to the schedule for The Treehouse in Willow Springs! 🌳 @tribetreehouse owned by the beautiful @undertheaura_
I will be teaching a Creative Vinyasa Flow class which can be described as a dynamic and thoughtfully designed flow that links breath with movement in a fluid & intentional way. Rather than repeating the same sequence, each class offers unique transitions, creative sequencing, while blending strength, balance, & flexibility. Expect an energizing class that builds gradually, paired with vibey music & a touch of playfulness while still leaving space for grounding, mindfulness, & a restorative finish. 🌸
