For the opening night of Brooke and Michael’s wedding weekend, their closest family and friends gathered around a long table as Chef Vittorio transformed dinner into a narrative of Italian tradition, memories, and shared moments.🍝🥂
During ‘La Cena di Famiglia’ each course was prepared live and personally presented by the chef, while the open kitchen revealed the artistry behind every dish - from handmade pasta crafted according to the timeless recipes of an Italian grandmother, to the most authentic ritual of all: the preparation of fresh basil pesto, made by hand by the guests themselves.
A moment of participation and conviviality, before sharing it together at the table.😍
The setting? An open-air sculptor’s studio: white statues, delicate florals, lush greenery, and hundreds of candles framing the table.
As golden hour gently melted into night, candlelight began to sculpt the scene, transforming the dinner into a dramatic, almost artistic moment of warmth, connection, and unmistakable Italian soul.
