Last weekend, I had the pleasure of painting a mural at my favorite skating shop, @rollout.sofia . This one is especially close to my heart—it was commissioned by my good friend @bratz_on_quads , who introduced me to roller skating and taught me everything I know. She’s the force behind our amazing roller skate community, @quad.babes , which she built with so much passion and dedication.🩷🩷🩷

In collaboration with Melba Design festival we are excited to invite you to join this exciting workshop and bring your own artwork to life as papercut illustration! You will learn basic papercutting techniques to transform your drawings into compositions with volume under the guidance of Tsvetislava Koleva.
The workshop will last two days - 9th and 10th of Nov (4 hours each day), and will take place in the L44 Gallery. All of the materials will be provided.

Цветислава Колева е дизайнер, базиран в София, България. Работата ѝ е интересна смесица от графичен дизайн, калиграфия, lettering и craft . В работата си често търси начини, през който да пречупи двуизмерни графики в триизмерни обекти.
Завършва Националната художествена академия в София с бакалавърска степен по Рекламен дизайн и магистърска степен по Калиграфия. В момента Цветислава e арт директор в студио FourPlus.

Tsvetislava Koleva is a graphic designer and art director, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Her work is a compelling mixture of graphic design, calligraphy, lettering and craft. She’s persistent in her creative development and is always finding ways to expand and transform two dimensional graphics into three dimensional objects. She has more than 10 years of experience of working with papercraft.
