PAST LIVES SUNDANCE PREMIERE DAY š«¶ iām really excited for the world to see this achingly beautiful film. i am so lucky to have made this movie amongst some of my closest friends and collaborators. the film centers around inyun, a korean concept of fate - specifically the destined connection between two people, layered by countless connections in other lifetimes. i feel i have inyun with everyone who i made this film with. some of whom iāve known for over a decade. i canāt wait to celebrate tonight to this achievement ā¤ļø

My grandpa passed peacefully on Fatherās Day at 93 years old (in Korean years lol) He was a decorated general in the Korean War, and will be buried at Daejeon National Cemetery for veterans. I am so proud of him and his service. Wish I could have seen him one last time; I was really looking forward to seeing him in October. Having family on the other side of the country is so tough because you donāt get to see them enough. Hug your loved ones tightly yāall ā¤ļø
For those who had the honor to work with Wolf know that he was an absolute legend. His artistry on another level. Unmatched. The kindest and most poetic soul. My Pisces brother.
