Pat Casey not only had the biggest influence on me, but the entire BMX community and who ever he was around. He was one of my biggest inspirations when I was younger and still is to this day. Even though I was fortunate enough to call Pat one of my good friends, I would still be in awe whenever I was sitting on the deck with him at his house, or on top of the triples roll in about to take the first hit on some gnarly jumps or when I got my first Xgames medal with him on the podium at his house. Even though he was a good friend, that was still my idol Pat Casey to me. He showed us all what the dream BMX family household should look like and he did it with ease. He was an amazing father, husband and friend and was one of the best human beings I’ve ever met.
Pat was truly one of a kind, and I am fortunate to have been able to spend the time that I did with him when he was with us and I will cherish that for the rest of my life.
Rest in Peace Pat Casey.🤍
