Dr. Ghassan Abu Sittah is working on the frontlines to provide essential, life-saving medical care to children displaced and injured by conflict between Gaza and Lebanon. When everything is taken away, coming together to support one another is our most vital act of solidarity.

This chapter in Anais Duplan’s book speaks to reinvention as a method for survival and decolonization for black people. I love the idea of finding our own sound and destruction as an act of resistance. Highly recommend.
