The first camp of the year is almost over and we've had a great week of training, recovery, sunshine & great people โ exactly what our Performance Camps are all about. ๐คฉ
The week was a perfect mix of beach workouts, Olympic weightlifting, skill sessions, CrossFit workouts, running, yoga, mobility and plenty of good food and good energy in between. A group full of motivated people, perfect weather and an environment built around progress made this such a special week. ๐
