The Ski is a tricky machine to become efficient on.
The things you can do to improve your time and keep your heart rate lower whilst producing the same power is…
• Find the catch in a strong position where your able to produce the most power
• Your body weight is your power,, make sure you have a strong hinge to produce the power… your arms just hold on
• Find a stoke rate that you can be consistent with - the heavier athlete may want around 35-40 (dependant on what your workout is) , lighter athletes may want around the 45 mark!
