Trixie Lamonte (Ariel) is a dynamic workshop facilitator, sex-relationship-confidence coach, writer, performer, and ritualist known for turning life’s biggest transitions into moments of power, pleasure, and unapologetic heat. As co-founder of Gender Blender and Queerdome, Ariel has helped shape some of the Bay Area’s most beloved queer and consent-forward spaces.
Widely recognized for hosting safer-sex, consent-based play parties, Ariel also electrifies crowds as an MC, go-go dancer, and creator of provocative genderqueer performance art. Their work centers polyamory, radical self-love, and high-quality communication, with a special talent for helping people reclaim their bodies and desires at every stage of life.

Ariel is the founder of Gender Illumination and for over 20 years has facilitated trainings, workshops, and retreats for organizations, corporations, nonprofits, schools, communities, and faith based groups. This work has taken Ariel all over the US and internationally. Ariel has facilitated Gender Inclusivity Trainings for major tech companies as well as major policy institutes. Ariel is an ordained Hebrew Priestess and ritualist. Along with gender justice, Ariel’s work focuses on intersectionality, commitment to working from an anti-oppression lens, and creating communities across diverse cultural backgrounds.
