Við erum enn í skýjunum eftir tónleikana okkar á State of the Art tónlistarhátíðinni ☁️🚨 Það var mögnuð upplifun að spila í húsnæði Flugbjörgunarsveitarinnar með tilheyrandi vindhviðum í gulri viðvörun. Hjartans þakkir Halldór og Lana fyrir að semja svona falleg verk handa okkur.

Halldór mun spila með okkur í verkinu á glænýtt hljóðfæri sem hann hefur smíðað 🪵
Á tónleikunum verða einnig flutt verk eftir Lönu Sigurðsson, Ingibjörgu Ýri Skarphéðinsdóttur og Nick Martin.

Tríó Sól will premiere two new works by Halldór Eldjárn and Svetlana Veschagina along with other commissioned pieces for the group. Halldór will accompany the group for his premiere on synthesizer and found sounds.

Greek-Cypriot composer Evagoras Apokidis makes his debut with a concert unlike anything you’ve experienced before. Merging speech, electronics, and chamber music, he doesn’t offer tidy conclusions—instead, he asks. And asks again. The result is raw, disarming, and deeply human. Icelandic string trio Tríó Sól will perform a piece written especially for them. This evening unfolds through three boundary-defying pieces.
