Last night, “Esta Es Tu Cuba” brought home the Bronze award in the Narrative category at
@theacademy Student Academy Awards.
It was a celebration to all the amazing hard work the entire cast and crew did.

@johnsayage for bringing me on to this life changing project. All those sleepless nights at that Air BnB, working away at the scrip, cast, logistics, etc was no small feat. The shooting went by in a flash for me, but I’ll cherish the memories we had around it, the 3 of us pushing away at this film, for a long time to come. It was an honor to work along side both of you and I really hope we have the opportunity to do it again —and soon!
